Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms are currently undergoing renovation but are still very clean and comfortable. The riverfront view from my room was really enjoyable. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Savannah. The dining was satisfactory with clean facilities and great coffee. A few facilities are available to enhance the stay.

I had a great stay at the hotel, especially due to its central location in town and the delicious dining options. The rooms were lovely, despite some road noise at night. The service was top-notch, and the facility was fantastic. However, there were occasional issues with darkness in the room at night.

My room on the sixth floor facing the Riverwalk and Bay Street was really nice, except for some road noise. It wasn't very dark at night, but being on an upper floor with a good view of the river made up for it. Facing the river was a big plus.

The location of the hotel is what you're paying for-it's perfectly centered in town, and breakfast was good. Being so close to City Market and River Street, along with the view of ocean liners passing by, made my stay even more enjoyable.

I really enjoyed the fresh Cinnabon and omelette choices for breakfast. The dining experience was fantastic with lots of variety and all the favorites available. The homemade marmalade was a delightful touch.

Staying at this hotel was like finding a hidden gem during a stressful time. The rooms, although a bit warm at times, were very comfortable and equipped with convenient amenities like a Keurig coffee maker and a small fridge. The service, especially from Faye Harris who shared inspiring words of encouragement, was exceptionally hospitable. The location couldn't have been better, right across from the river and within walking distance to everything we needed. The dining experience was awesome, offering a good variety that left me satisfied. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything from dry cleaning to happy hour.

However, the noise from the busy road next to the river view side can be disruptive at times. The service is exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff offering various amenities. The location is superb, overlooking the city and within walking distance of many historical sites and good restaurants. The dining experience is adequate but could be improved with extended hours. Overall, a great value for money option with fantastic facilities.
